You are invited to the 2009 Touch UM Annual General Meeting and "Duathalon".

Mark this in your diaries as being a very important night. It's after Tuesday night training so you may as well head on down. We will be voting in the new committee - all positions need to be re-elected. The AGM will be promptly followed by a 'Duathalon" (tour of beverage facilities in the local area) and will no doubt be an enjoyable night. It would be great to see as many Touch UM members along as possible so free up the night and show your support.
 
Attached is the agenda for the AGM as well as a detailed document that outlines each of the committee roles for 2009. If you have not registered your interest in the 2009 Touch UM committee and would like to, please contact Paul Rogers (Current President) ASAP as nominations for positions must be registered by Friday April 17th.
