Sunday Fitness

Sunday Fitness is on again this week. 3pm - 5pm meeting at the athletics track.
 
Again, we will do some track and agility work and then some more fun stuff indoors. We might skip out on the pool this week because i am sick of seeing people "swimming" like drowning cats.
 

Sunday Fitness

Sunday fitness is back on as usual. We will meet in the sports centre foyer at 3pm and will be running (if weather is good) and using the cycling and boxing rooms and probably also the pool so don't forget bather goggles and a towel. As always an indication of numbers is useful so please let us know if you intend to come along.
 

Fitness Sunday

As usual we will be having fitness this Sunday. Since the Opens team is off in Thailand Anna "Ankles" Drutschinin has kindly offered to take this session. We have the spinning room, boxing room and pool booked so you will need to bring bathers, a towel, goggles, swimming cap (if you have one) plus the usual runners, drink bottle and a big smile!!
 
Session starts at 3pm and runs until 5pm, meet at the aths track behind the sports centre or if its raining we usually encourage people to wait inside!!
   

Sunday Fitness Training - Spinning, Boxing, Running and Swimming

Just like last week we will be out and fitness-ing it up. Everyone who can last week really enjoyed themselves and I recommend it for all other club members (no matter what the weather conditions are).
We will be doing a swimming, spinning, running and boxing session which will run for 2 hours (starting with boxing and spinning then moving on to running and swimming). 
 
Details:
Date:          Sunday June 7th and Sunday June 14th
Time:          3pm - 5pm
Meeting @: Melbourne University Sport
Bring:         Running shoes, fitness clothing, a towel, bathers (no bather code so whatever suits bikini, board shorts, one piece, etc...), water bottle, goggles, swimming cap, good pump up  
                 cds/ipod for the spinning and boxing rooms.
 
Please email us back with an expression of interest as we need a rough idea of numbers and people keen to attend.
 
Also be on time as this session already goes for 2 hrs (if you are late just walk in and find us in the spinning or boxing rooms).
 

Sunday Fitness June 7th - Pool, Boxing and Spinning

Sport is the best way to get your mind off study as it not only relinquishes you of stress but produces natural endorphins which make you feel great! Therefore Touch UM's fitness training can be seen as both mentally and physically beneficial for you in this period of intense study or work.
 
This Sunday its is expected to be a bit wet and thunderstormy so we thought we would do something special this week to get people out and exercising (inside)...
 
We will be doing a swimming, spinning and boxing session which will run for 2 hours.
