Sport is the best way to get your mind off study as it not only relinquishes you of stress but produces natural endorphins which make you feel great! Therefore Touch UM's fitness training can be seen as both mentally and physically beneficial for you in this period of intense study or work.
This Sunday its is expected to be a bit wet and thunderstormy so we thought we would do something special this week to get people out and exercising (inside)...
We will be doing a swimming, spinning and boxing session which will run for 2 hours.
Details:
Date: Sunday June 7th and Sunday June 14th
Time: 3pm - 5pm
Meeting @: Melbourne University Sport
Bring: Running shoes, fitness clothing, a towel, bathers, water bottle, good pump up
cds/ipod for the spinning and boxing rooms.
