A good way to learn the rules of the game and to help our club out is to become an accredited referee. The next course is on the 9th of May (a Saturday) and will run for most of the day at MSAC. The course usually costs $40, but you will get to go for free and receive a free whistle and rulebook! (Spaces limited).
The best thing is that reffing will usually earn you between $10 and $15 a game, depending on where you are reffing, and you can be assessed to receive your level 1 badge.
