Mother's Day/Fitness Day

Despite it being Mothers Day we though we would still get out for a run. Training will be from 3pm - 5pm (which leaves you enough time for a mothers day lunch, it is finished before a mothers day dinner and gives you a chance to get out for a run).
 
Details are the same as usual. We will be doing some more agility work this week instead of just running so come along and test yourself. Even if you are injured you are welcome to attend and we can structure a routine that suits your needs. The weather looks to be clearing in the afternoon so it should suit us perfectly.
 
So please come to fitness:
When: 3pm - 5pm Sunday 10th May
Where: Princess Park (the usual spot)
Bring: Towel, drink bottle, jumper and running gear
 
Hope to see another big crowd.
